We are running a donation drive on Sunday, November 8.We accept ultralight camping and bikepacking gear that's in LIGH and in good working condition. If you wouldn’t take it bikepacking or long distance hiking, or wouldn't loan it to a friend in good conscience, we ask you to please not donate it.Read the full Gear Donation Guide.Can't make it to the donation drive? Absolutely! As we’re a completely volunteer-run group, any amount helps us keep the library running. Cash donations will go towards purchasing storage and repairing or replacing gear down the line.Visit our donation page to contribute.

The library will be located in Kia's home in Brunswick East. We were previously operating out of the Off Course bikeshop in Brunswick, but unfortunately our inventory and the shop were destroyed by a fire earlier this year.

Once we've reopened for loans following our relaunch event on November 8, you will be able to browse gear online or book a time to come in and rummage through it in person. One of us will help you choose the right gear for your bike and your trip.You will be able to loan the gear for 2 weeks, with possibility for extension.Gear loans are free, with an option to make a small donation at check out.The Bikepacking Gear Library will be located in Kia's home in Brunswick East.
